UX research and UX Architecture for a new product + service in the equine area. I was responsible for the field research, ideation and prototyping. Beside that I also designed and created a 3d prototype for testing purposes within the research phase.

Zeiss needed a solution for a patient facing app, especially for cataract patients. Cataract patients are a very demanding target group, because of their demographics (60+) and vision problems. My task as a Lead UX on this project was to create a solution from scratch, reflecting the results from a comprehensive international (USA, Europe, Asia) research. Within the app the patients are able to manage their appointments, manage their eye drops, smart checklists before and after surgery, neural text to speech engine, communication with their doctors/clinics. Beside that the doctor/clinic can create and manage their own space within the app. Appointments + medication can be pushed to the patients, to give them more comfort. During the development I also conducted various research stages, to test and improve features with existing patients. On top I also created an admin interface for the clinics, where they can manage all the content they provide to the patients. The app was successfully launched in September 2021.

On behalf of Boston Consulting London I worked as a lead UX on a mobile application for patients with a rare chronicle disease - hemophilia. Hemophilia is a chronicle rare disease, where patients have to infuse on a regular base in order to live a normal and safe life. The infusion increases the clotting factor, so that in case of injuries the person can heal normally. My task was to create the user experience within the mobile application, to make the treatment and well being of patient as easy and convenient as possible. This solution also included integration of wearables and life style data, to give the users safety and care. Beside the mobile app I also made the concept for the backend where health care professionals could overview their patients, behaviors and adjust their treatments based on that data.
