I was temporarily hired to rebuild the finance function following the departure of the CFO.Achievements: - Develop a comprehensive bottom-up forecast along with a three-year budget plan for the investor to rely on moving forward. Accurate and timely financial management reporting, supported by the existing local accounting team - Setting up the multi-entity consolidation and monthly financial reporting✦ Fire Safety FirstThe company lacked visibility in their profitability (per customer) and needed to optimise the processing of incoming purchase invoices, as these were essential for generating sales invoices and consequently for maintaining cash flow.Achievements: - Analysis of the current purchase-to-pay-process, identifying improvements and implementing theproposed solutions. The company encountered issues with the purchase order system of their most significant partner, resulting in overdue balances exceeding 2.5 million euro.Achievements:- Identifying the root cause of why the purchase orders were not approved by their PO system through effective collaboration with the clients.
