Co-ordinated the activities of the on-site project manager, general contractor, tenant coordination, while liaising with the property ownership group. 2. Asset management responsibility for a portfolio of office buildings in downtown Toronto; liaison between ownership group and leasing and property management groups

Responsible for the co-ordination of financing, marketing, sales, and pre-construction for a $110 million mixed-use residential/commercial development in St. Catharines. Worked with architects, quantity surveyor, consultants to determine appropriate budgets while sourcing equity and construction financing.

Dealing primarily with the Reichmann family’s privately owned portfolio of US assisted living and skilled nursing facilities. Acted as an asset manager representing the Canadian owners to the companies based in Atlanta and Louisville.

Joined Central Park Lodges to help prepare the company for an Initial Public Offering that ultimately created Retirement Residences REIT (RRR). Prior to the IPO led the financial analysis team for a “bulk-up” program.
