The organization yielded combined benefits of $3 million in savings and productivity in three years.Leader of the $9 million Integrated Facility Management program, which entails fully integrated GMP and non-GMP operations, servicing manufacturing, laboratories, and facility clients. Through active engagement with IFM providers and maturing the relationship, we have been able to yield savings and efficiencies of over 3% year over year. Responsible for managing the site $3M energy capital projects portfolio, the development of the site quality, safety & environmental engineering systems owners, and the engineering department finances management of a $20M operating budget. Met 3% target savings year over year while keeping pace with the site increase in manufacturing volumes, technology, and increasing compliance expectations.

Recognized for meeting projects quality deliverables, timelines, and budgets with excellent safety performance. Expanded the client base of the organization by improving the management of projects' designer/client relations, financials and planning controls and project documentation.Responsible for various multi-disciplinary outfits of up to 200 employees and subcontractors.
