Omega Recording Studios hosts 5 distinct studios and production rooms. It also houses a 30+ year, nationally accredited school. I am Director of Corporate Outreach, Job Placement/Employment, and Student Services for the school. I am responsible for an 87% placement rate among graduates, a 36 hour Personal & Carer Skills Course, a bi-weekly job placement newsletter, and group/individual advising.

I lead a consulting organization of training and development professionals, organizing leadership & customer service related workshops and seminars. We are retained to initiate organizational interventions for corporate, government, and nonprofit organizations. Mr. Jefferson is a frequently requested workshop and conference presenter, lecturer, and consultant advising individuals and groups in matters related to leadership, individual and organization goal achievement, program planning, scholastic achievement, community service, and human relations issues.
