My Cricket Manager role will have a distinct focus and emphasis on the experiences and retention of existing players while working to build sustainable growth in the region specifically in the 5 – 12-year demographic. This is Cricket NSW’s Wildly Important Goal (WIG) to “Grow the number of 5 – 12-year old’s playing and loving cricket.” Therefore, essentially, I will be working with associations and clubs to increase and build participants and capacity in this space. This can only be achieved through working together and using insights to build recruitment and retention and providing an exceptional experience for those participants and their parents.The other vital component of my new role is Infrastructure where I will be the Infrastructure Subject Matter Expert for Northern NSW and lead staff in Northern NSW in this space with guidance, training and expertise whilst continually looking for opportunities and working with local Councils to improve and develop cricket infrastructure within the Hunter/Manning region and across Northern NSW.

Ensure compliance with Premier Club coaching accreditation requirements.
