Hi! I'm Creative Director, Video/Campaigns for Stanley Black & Decker. In that role, I lead our corporate marketing team's photo and video production, and help oversee creative content strategies for our campaigns. I am involved in every facet of SBD's motion and still communications, for both internal and external audiences on multiple channels. It's everything from ideation and research, to coordinating global deliverables with agency partners and leading internal team production, to hands on capture, editing, as well as design and copywriting/editing as needed.I wear many hats, but at the end of the day my goal is simple: do what I can to make good, compelling content that engages and inspires.Before joining the creative team here at Stanley, I spent four years as a multimedia producer for the UConn Foundation, a nonprofit that oversees charitable giving for the University of Connecticut. Prior to that, I had a 14-year career as a newspaper photojournalist and editor. Almost a decade of that was spent at The Dallas Morning News, where I was a member of its award-winning visuals staff.I live in the Hartford area with my family, a handful of cats and several chickens. When I’m not working, I do a terrible job of teaching myself drums, bake and do lots and lots of laundry. Seriously, I don’t understand how three children make so much laundry.
