Prepare and review bids and proposals for subcontractors (Lump Sum, GMP, Cost Plus…). Analyze site conditions and accuracy of construction documents. Define cost-efficient alternatives.• Establish and monitor administrative procedures. Maintain communication and ensure all insurance, safety and labor relation requirements are met.
