As an IT Support Trainee at JobTrain, I am gaining solid foundational knowledge of technology and a logical thought process to resolve technical issues. I have successfully completed the Google IT Support Professional Certificate, which covers the fundamentals of IT support, networking, security, system administration, and automation. I have also earned the CompTIA A+ certification, which validates my skills in hardware, software, troubleshooting, and customer service.My education background in Computer Support Specialist from Los Medanos College has prepared me for a career in IT support. I have learned how to configure and operate Microsoft Office for Windows, Mac, iPhone, and Android, as well as how to use remote connection and virtual machines, management software, and routing concepts. I am highly motivated, hardworking, and flexible, and I have years of experience in customer service and multitasking. I enjoy working with diverse teams and clients, and I strive to deliver excellent results and satisfaction. My goal is to advance my skills and knowledge in IT support and contribute to the success of JobTrain and its partners.
