WHO IS JOE COX 🤔❓I'm a lifelong lover of all things technology and music. Since the age of 7, I've been all about understanding how things work, why they work, what makes then NOT work, and how I can fix them. It all started with my Dad's work computer in the early 90s when I broke it (to what I thought was the point beyond repair) and had to figure out how to fix it before he got home... shew. Nick of time on that one. For the last 20 years I've been playing music and dabbling in technology or working heavily in technology and dabbling in music. In both circumstances, I'm a guy who likes to create and fix with the express purpose of seeing people light up with a smile. It's whats I thrive on. So in 2021, technology and security became my primary focus when I founded my IT firm, Pinnacle IT. When I'm not working on Pinnacle IT stuff, you'll catch me making music from time-to-time (mediocre cover songs is my jam).I enjoy the challenge of working with small and medium sized businesses who know they don't have a strong IT support team in place (let alone proper security measures), but they haven't gotten started yet. Another part of what I do (that gives me a TOTAL thrill) is helping businesses who are coming out of bad IT support relationships. I like to show people for the first time what it's like to have a proper support team that gives them what they actually need.I help businesses like ours: people who have a real shot at making an impact not only for their own families, but for the clients which they service. I think business owners should capitalize on our unique opportunity to make the world a much better place for people around us. So I'm proud to help my clients build an "it just works" environment.
