    As a Partner at social impact design studio Designing the WE, I led and participated in teams to design and begin to build ecosystems of shared ownership and value through community driven economic development and participatory design. I co-created the Undesign the Redline exhibit that has brought an interactive visual history of structural racism and systemic inequality to numerous places including Baltimore, Atlanta, Trenton and Northampton. I co-created and implemented our design curriculum with a community organization in the Bronx, where young people are leading the redesign of a vacant building into a maker space, shared commercial kitchen, recording studio and ecosystem hub. I have facilitated dozens of workshops on how we can ‘undesign’ the growing disparities in health, housing, investment and education for clients such as the NYC Dept of Health, Enterprise Community Partners, and the National Coalition on School Diversity. I specialized in building partnerships with grassroots community organizations, universities, artists, government agencies and historically redlined people.
