The $160M project involved the design and fitout of 34,000sqm of new Activity Based Working [ABW] office space and the relocation of over 2,600 staff, following deployment of a comprehensive work-style change journey.The project concluded with the decommissioning of 36,000sqm of redundant tenancy space.

Responsible for the design and execution of a relocation management strategy for Westpac's consolidation of 13 tenancies into their new Barangaroo office and revamped Kogarah office.The project moved 12,500 staff before decommissioning and making good 70,000sqm of redundant space.Key to this people-centric project was the delivery of a comprehensive change transformation, allowing staff to transition seamlessly from a traditional work environment to cutting edge space enabled for Activity based Working.
