He has a strong track record of driving organic growth, improving customer and employee retention, and delivering bottom-line impact by creating a dynamic, continuous improvement culture and linking the operations and commercial aspects of the business to its strategic vision.Greg was recently named as the Chief Executive Officer at SWD - a leading manufacturer of polyurethane-based building materials based in Mesa, Arizona. SWD is a locally-owned and operated business committed to transforming the construction industry by positively impacting how buildings are designed and constructed through spray foam solutions. Greg additionally serves as an adjunct professor at Lehigh University, his undergraduate alma mater, where he teaches engineering students how to design practical solutions to real-world problems, typically in collaboration with industry partners. He is also a business partner at Family Transitions-Programs that Work, LLC - where they provide a unique, evidence-based online education parenting program to make a positive difference in the lives of children and their parents dealing with divorce and/or separation.Previously, he was the president of Pacific Scientific Energetic Materials Company, a leading provider of energetic materials and safety systems for the defense, aerospace, and oil and gas markets. He retired from this role in April 2022, after 16 years of transforming the company into an energetic materials market leader in innovation, quality, and customer satisfaction.
