I most recently lead an enterprise transformation for a $1.6B global manufacturer of engineered materials and paper products. The objective of the program was to harmonize the disparate operations of 3 international business units into one global, common operating system for the business. We implemented the latest ERP from SAP - S/4 Hana as a new configuration using the Activate methodology and are integrating a leading Pulp & Paper Manufacturing System from Honeywell - Optivision. Additionally, we developed cutting-edge shop floor analytics, integrating data from our ERP, MES and machine/sensor data.
