I was recruited to this Montreal based management consulting company after acting as an outside consultant to the firm for several years. During my tenure as Executive Director, I managed operations across the Central Region (Ontario, Manitoba, and Saskatchewan). While applying my expertise as a Project Management Professional (PMP), I maximized revenue, streamlined operations, generated customer loyalty, and engaged teams in complex public and private sector environments. This included applying PM and SDLC methodologies to overcome project and operational challenges, managing projects and programs, defining methodology, re-engineering business processes, engaging in audit and recovery, and leading new systems development and digital transformation. I also compiled architectural, operational, risk and security assessments. Key Projects Included: • Delivered an award-winning (GTEC and Showcase) eService for Government of Ontario by implementing Accessibility for Ontarians with Disabilities (AODA). • Drove a strategic assessment of medical claims processing enhancement as part of the Primary Care Reform for the Ontario Health Insurance Plan (OHIP), which manages 150 million health care provider claims annually valued $6+ billion.• Led Systems Development and Maintenance Methodology development on a multi-million dollar social assistance Maintenance and Support IT system for the Ministry of Community and Social Services Ontario. In addition, I revamped processes and redefined the organizational structure to support the methodology.• Guided procurement and revised all MB20/RFP/selection documentation for a high-profile off-the-shelf Public Health Laboratory Information System (PHLIS) acquisition initiative for Ministry of Health and Long Term Care (MOHLTC).
