Responsibilities included the full provision of food and beverages to the students and the Seminary, housekeeping and janitorial service to the campus, as well as oversight and maintenance including the automated HVAC system.

Beautiful historic boutique hotel in heart of Kitchener, Ontario. Three years as General Manager of this landmark hotel which had a Cafe, Pub, Yuk Yuk's Comedy Club, 7500 sq ft of banquet and event space, Barber Shop and Smoke Shop.

Joined CHIP Hospitality as a Regional Revenue Manager for Atlantic Canada and quickly found myself with the added challenges of Sales and Marketing. Working for such brands as Marriott, Sheraton, Delta, Holiday Inn and Best Western, my knowledge and sales skills allowed me to work in various markets while rebuilding successful sales teams for the company.

Began my hotel career in the front office, then spent 2 years in Conference Services as a Conference Services Manager before transfering into the sales department as the Director of Revenue Management for DWR.
