Online Store Manager
CurrentResponsibilities:• Store maintenance.• Ensuring smooth store processes.• Handling customer support cases through email, social network and live chat. • Work with operating systems in the company (Oxid, Pragma). • Communication with suppliers (in written English and Lithuanian languages), making orders, preparing monthly sales reports. • Handling store orders. • Work with transport companies and carriers, deliveries control. • Writing and managing products information and descriptions.Skills: • Attention to details.• Great communication skills (verbal and written).• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office package.• Good analytical, strategic & problem-solving skills.• Ability to work independently and in the team.
