GYMNIFY is centrally managed, providing easy web access, efficiency, and reliability. It features comprehensive member management, automated billing, integrated messaging and marketing, deep reporting, and an all in one client communication platform.Additionally, I owned and operated a chain of Gymnify franchise gyms in the Southeast US that each produced between $340,000 - $750,000 annually. Shifting to a lead engineer role, directly led a team of engineers in the planning, resource allocation, and implementation phase, thus enhancing the customer’s confidence in our abilities.•Performed a comprehensive network audit of a 250 bed acute care facility which led to a $3 million network upgrade.•Performed a wireless survey and spectrum analysis for a large university and solved a number of wireless network issues in one day, thus rebuilding Clear Wind’s credibility and salvaging the relationship.•Directly led the requirements gathering and solutions design efforts for 70 schools, and won 60 of the RFP bids.

With an initial $20,000 investment, developed a small hotspot system focused on campgrounds and apartment complexes that ultimately emerged as a mainstream competitor in the wireless space. Designed, developed and launched a global hotspot system, Got-Wifi, in 2012 with over 10,000 members. Leveraging the wireless infrastructure at Barber Motorsports in Leeds, AL, opened our first retail store and secured a partnership with the City of Montevallo, AL, making them the first city in the US with wireless internet access throughout the incorporated city limits. Successfully launched a city wide wireless network for the city of Birmingham and for the city of Helena. Developed a cloud management & billing solution for Wireless ISP’s and Hotspot Operators globally.

Excelled as lead engineer on many of the most technically challenging projects. Working closely with the project manager, coordinated the onsite resources and assigned tasks, provided daily status reports, strengthened the customer relationship, and ensured performance metrics were met. Performed wireless and wired network site surveys for existing and potential customs. Worked with vendors to build Bill of Materials, created Statements of Work, and implemented the solutions on time and on budget with minimal down-times. Provided tier 3 support by recording and analyzing customer reports, trouble shooting, and providing corrective actions. •Successfully led a team of engineers in conducting wireless surveys and implementing a managed network and managed wireless solution at 77 locations geographically dispersed throughout the US. Completed the project three weeks ahead of schedule and $22,350 under budget.•At my own cost, developed a comprehensive lab at my personal residence to enable me to learn new technologies, test code, and create builds after hours.
