- Coordinate and schedule 80+ weekly phone, video, and in-person interviews, book conference rooms and consistently organize calendars - Execute weekly new hire (300+) orientations including onboarding process and confirming all compliance documents - Provide support for Vendor Management Software (VMS) solutions in the Coupa Smart Track System - Point-of-Contact for scheduling Engineering interviews and collecting NDAs from candidates - Respond to all inbound correspondence in a timely manner, as defined by varying SLAs (Service Level Agreements) - Ability to pivot to urgent work orders for new workers, while maintaining flow for the day-to-day pipeline of current work orders - Work with managers to assist in contract extensions of current employees, processing terminations, travel approvals, and updating employee data - Process bill-rate changes and also changes in system access-control for employees

- Coordinate meetings with providers and parents, in addition to conducting feedback surveys for mutual assessment- Keep digital and physical records of site visits- Maintain program’s Compliance Monitoring Review, Program Audit and Program Self Evaluation tools, and all contract file records permanent- Administer necessary provider action plan and provide assistance as needed- Monitor the children’s enrollment and transition services for family and children transferring in childcare programs- Utilize MS Office, Google and other tools to prepare materials for company meetings- Supervise providers in their daily routine
