 Supervise up to 57 employees to ensure smooth warehouse operations in a safe environment following the principles of Safety, Quality, Delivery and Cost. Trained as a Behavior Based Safety Observer and Coach to guide employees in identifying at-risk behaviors, explaining those behaviors to others and reporting for further review by management. Facilitated weekly meetings with all Freezer Out Shift Supervisors to identify obstacles and opportunities to resolve in the department.  Assumed responsibility of the Freezer Out portion of the Master Sanitation Schedule encompassing the largest portion of the Schedule. Conducted One on One sessions with all direct reports to identify and assist them with their goals and areas of improvement. Directed daily Review and Response Meetings with shift employees to communicate company information, relevant safety updates, and metrics results and expectations.

 Supervised six departments and up to 50 employees to ensure smooth warehouse operations. Increased employee productivity by improving the metrics tracking system and communicating real time numbers to employees regarding their daily, weekly and annual productivity.  Responsible for interviewing and hiring staff, conducting performance reviews, and employee relations/counseling. Performed daily labor and workload planning to ensure shipments were met; ordered temporary labor as needed to fulfill work requirements. Led and facilitated monthly safety meetings with employees to target safety concerns, discuss safety topics, and encourage open communication.  Created and wrote a health and safety program to comply with OSHA standards consisting of company policies, PowerPoint presentations on relevant safety material, handouts, and quizzes.
