Commercial And Residential Coating Sales Representative

Oversee 12 stores accounting for 55 million in gross sales annually which entails being in charge of; - Hire and maintain productive sales force, warehouse, and delivery team for all stores- Responsible for proper ordering of merchandise for all stores in a timely and accurate manner- Manage stores' budgets, sales goals, and profitability- Travel to all stores on a regular basis- Complete paperwork related to entering trucks and confirming pickup and delivery dates- Responsible for documenting any employee performance or behavior issues- Conduct morning meetings and set goals for the team- Assist in training new employees for sales or other departments- Manage customer service and associate relations issues- Complete the New Hire Process correctly through current systems- Meet sales goals through training, motivating, mentoring, and providing feedback to sales associates- ensure all all stores are clean, safe, and presentable for customers and employees- Oversee cash handling procedures- Ensure that all safety procedures and protocols are being followed and adhered to in all stores- Monitor incoming and outgoing products from the manufacturer and store to store transfers- Create scheduling policies that keep sales floor and warehouse are properly staffed in all stores- Negotiate and coordinate corporate accounts for larger purchases

- contact clients that have recently transitioned into Merrill Edge Advisory Center from Branch Office- providing new clients pertinent information regarding the change in relationship- Handle inbound calls from clients and other internal representatives on the MEAC service line, providing them with information for MEAC services while exhibiting excellent customer service

- Support and manage the enrollments and maintenance for all Merrill Lynch Managed Products including US Trust- Responsible for all system access for new hires and contract employees- Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly audits for 8-12 processors- Conduct weekly meetings, monthly one-on-ones, monthly and mid-year reviews for all team members

- Support mandatory and voluntary corporate actions, pricing, and security maintenance for over 90K active securities on the NFS platform- Responsible for the posting of all voluntary elections made by the Investment Managers- Set up new securities as required by the external Money Managers in APL- Provide signoff for quarterly reporting

- Assist with the enrollment process of prospects and clients into various products- Handle all new recruits transitioning accounts into the Firm for the PIA product- Facilitate registration for Financial Advisors and their pools in the MLPA product- Responsible for all elevated issues for PIA, MLPA, and MFA enrollments
