- contact clients that have recently transitioned into Merrill Edge Advisory Center from Branch Office- providing new clients pertinent information regarding the change in relationship- Handle inbound calls from clients and other internal representatives on the MEAC service line, providing them with information for MEAC services while exhibiting excellent customer service
