Provided guidance and direction for military, government contractors, civilian contractors and sub-contractors to meet project milestones, meeting all production completion timelines. The RCOH occurs for the aircraft carrier when it reaches 25 years of service. Upon completion, the aircraft carrier will return to service for an additional 25 years of life. ***PMP certified******IMPACT***- Developed mental health initiatives with experts in the field to address two DoD & congressional mandated investigations.- Consolidated and organized aircraft carrier requirements of hardware and software upgrades for future funding (5 years out), including sensors, radars, weapon systems, and quality of life initiatives.- Implemented procedures for first east-coast aircraft carrier incorporation of two new aircraft for the Air Wing of the Future, requiring complex classification of spaces and relocation recommendations for personnel.
