The RCOH occurs for the aircraft carrier when it reaches 25 years of service. Upon completion, the aircraft carrier will return to service for an additional 25 years of life. ***PMP certified******IMPACT***- Developed mental health initiatives with experts in the field to address two DoD & congressional mandated investigations.- Consolidated and organized aircraft carrier requirements of hardware and software upgrades for future funding (5 years out), including sensors, radars, weapon systems, and quality of life initiatives.- Implemented procedures for first east-coast aircraft carrier incorporation of two new aircraft for the Air Wing of the Future, requiring complex classification of spaces and relocation recommendations for personnel.
