- Accomplished the formation of a premium ice cream importing company and the creation of the brand name “Buonissimo”, which was very well accepted by both the Ho.Re.Ca clients and the press. Created the necessary infrastructure and directed the company, orchestrating all the marketing and sales activities including the successful participation in two Ho.Re.Ca exhibitions.- In parallel, participated in the start-up of Frutta Gelata UAE (Dubai). Handled the marketing for both countries from Greece. Contributed in the 2009 Dubai Air Show, succeeding on placing the product in the Emirate’s Flight Catering Venues.- In 2009 managed to get the rights and become the distributor for Greece and UAE of “funkin”, the top fruit puree brand in the UK. Succeeded in a very short period of time to make funkin among the top cocktails mixologists’ choice.

- Effectively managed a budget of more than 15M€ for P&G’s flagship brand on national marketing and promotional plans, local communication (ATL, BTL, TV, print, radio, DTCM, in-store).- Over-delivered the Ariel’s “Turn to 30oC, Save up to 40% of energy” campaign (January 08), which was one of the biggest initiatives in Ariel’s history, leading to more than 5% market increase and more than 80M€ Annual Gross Sales, despite the fierce competition.- Led multifunctional teams and delivered with excellence priority initiatives on narrow deadlines, by developing, recommending and delivering winning amplification marketing plans across all touch points.- Established as the “Share & Reapply” expert and represented Greece in WE - Excellently handled a 3M€ budget of three brands which deliver more than 22M€ Annual Gross Sales.- Delivered exceptional results both for Tide Liquids (Volume Sales index 179 versus year ago) and Ace Gentile liquids (index 104 versus year ago), despite the highly declining markets. - Launched Tide for Woolen & Delicates (October 2006) with exceptional results leading to positive growth for the total brand, after many years of continuous decline (Volume sales index 111 versus target)- Introduced Ace Gentile Spray and re-launched Gentile liquids leading to outstanding results (+2.5 segment share points and +14% in volume sales).- Suggested and led very successful endorsement collaborations with fashion retailers (Raxevsky, Fruit of the Loom, Luna), increasing brand’s equity and awareness.- Coordinated a multifunctional team to set up the launch plans for Lenor fabric softener, worth more than 2M€ annual net sales. Those plans were the foundation for Lenor’s great success in Greece

- Managed Carrefour warehouses’ replenishment with exceptional results, leading P&G to become the Best in Class supplier on inventories and Service Level, both in Greece and in Western Europe. - Helped the organization to save more than two months of time and resources during the Rolco acquisition integration by developing an automatic data uploading and validation tool. For this granted Recognition Shares by A.G. Lafley.- Acted as the CS/L’s coordinator in the Wella integration project and ambassador in ECR. Project owner for Replenishment Systems upgrade.

- Led the evaluation of alternative proposals for the installation of a conventional munitions demilitarisation plant in Greece. Contacted and visited EU and US companies for negotiations. Recommended to divert from the initial option of Plasma technology, saving the company more than 3MM€ on a technology, which is still after so many years unproven. - Successfully delivered the preliminary design of the munitions destruction plant- Assisted in establishing and executing the short/long term Marketing Strategy of the company. Communicated with the Ministry of Environment and the Ministry of Development and in cooperation with external consultants was responsible for the licensing procedures.
