-Supervised the Consumer Department ‘s Sales. Ensuring the meeting of sales goals, ordering of inventory on daily basis, researched comparison sales and various statistics in order to set new goals.-Liaison between different companies and product managers. -Managed the Sale’s Team, including but not limited to, managing their sales, evaluating their professionalism and encouraging their promotion. -Routinely multitask between my responsibilities and oversaw the responsibilities of those beneath me. Selected by management to attend a two-week employee development conference in which I learnt team leading strategies and employee management.

-Administrative support in the insurance agency office, working with senior agents and other personnel to meet the needs of clients and prospective insurance customers-Managed the front desk of the office, handling phone, email, and in person inquiries. Provided customers with basic information about insurance policies and offered to help customers who needed to file claims or make changes to their policies. -Handled agency’s paperwork, reviewing policies to make sure they are in order, and maintaining the office filing system. Extensive use of computers, especially Microsoft Excel, Word and Access, as well as basic office equipment such as fax machine, copier, printer, etc. -During my internship I was selected to create the agency’s extensive client-financial database by using Microsoft Access. This individual project was completed in two weeks.

-Provided customers with product and service information. -Identified, researched and resolved customer issues using the computer system and company’s databases. Followed-up on customer inquires not immediately resolved.-Completed call logs and reports. Researched billing issues. Recognized, documented and alerted the supervisor of trends in customer calls. -Recommended process improvements.Updated job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities.
