I have been a full time Real Estate Professional since 1998. During that time I have been exposed to many different sides of the Real Estate business, but my passion is Residential Sales. There is nothing I enjoy more than handing my clients the keys to their new home. It has been my experience that the most satisfying way to accomplish your goal, is to help others accomplish theirs. That is why it is my personal mission to make a positive impact on the Real Estate Industry. I do this by providing exceptional service to my clients and maintaining positive relationships with other Agents in the Community. I pay close attention to my clients needs so that when the time comes to buy or sell their home, they can trust that they are doing business with a professional that cares about the things that are important to them.I utilize technology, social networking and online marketing to keep my clients informed; provide maximum marketing exposure, superior customer service and a smooth transaction.Personal:I keep pretty busy working with Buyers and Sellers as well as teaching real estate courses. During my "downtime" I like to spend quality time with my family. My wife and I enjoy moving from school activities to basketball games to church events with our 3 boys and we rarely find ourselves without something fun to do. I coach my younger boys basketball teams (or at least try to), and my oldest son and I are involved in community work through the our local youth group. When I'm not hard at work or spending time with the family I enjoy going to the movies, getting together with friends and watching football or playing a hand at Texas Hold Em'.Specialties: Working with Sellers to get their home SOLD, by consulting with them to determine the best pricing, marketing and negotiation strategy.Counseling my Buyers from the beginning of the transaction they can understand all the options available to them and make informed decisions every step of the way. By utilizing some of the most advanced technology in the industry and working with exceptional lenders, inspectors and closing attorneys my clients can save time, energy and money.
