Associate Director, Global People Services (Human Resources)
CurrentSupports the objectives and strategic goals of the organisation by coordinating and implementing human resource projects and initiatives, by providing consultative services and guidance to leaders, employees, members, and regional management. Includes but not limited to:► Assists in providing strategic oversight of People Services (HR) objectives and initiatives as it relates to employees, projects, and regional management. ► Provides ongoing consultation and advisory council to organisational leaders (i.e., regional leaders, managers, national staff, etc.) on human resource related topics and issues; includes but not limited to implementing action plans, coaching, conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, national office start-up functions, etc.► Provide guidance and consultation to TeachBeyond National Entities, local leader, and management in the basics of human resource solutions; includes assisting in the development of recommended next steps and action plans. ► Develops solutions, programs, and policies in collaboration with the People Services team, providing insights and recommendations based on the analyzation of trends and metrics. ► Researches and maintains in-depth knowledge related to the legal requirements surrounding the management of employees to mitigate legal risks and ensure regulatory compliance; working with local legal counsel as required. ► Acts as an employee champion and change agent to access and anticipate human resource needs; communicating integrated solutions proactively.► Provides guidance and interpretation of TeachBeyond Global and local policy, includes assisting with the writing, review, and explanation of organisational policy under the delegation and authority of the Director.
