Main tasks; Design and build of the automated processes like the full automation of the Journal Voucher process and configuration of the Redwood Robotics solution (e.g AD/LDAP connectivity, SSO (Single Sign On via SAML)).

Sittard

As a contractor working for DSM and implemented Redwood's RoboFinance solution (previously called FCA - Financial Close Automation). Provisioning and configuration of the RoboFinance solution were the main activities, including Integration Test support and User Acceptance Test support.

As a contractor working for Shell. Member of the MGC PMT (Managed Close) project-team, which implements SAP Financial Closing cockpit and SAP Central Process Scheduling by Redwood (CPS). Strong integration between FCc and CPS for monitoring and execution of financial closing processes for SAP and non-SAP (e.g. JD Edwards and SUN Infor Systems). Working closely with Proxyon as the FCc implementer for Shell.

From 1997 I held a position in the Product Consultancy department as a consultant and performed different jobs (system-testing, design and implementation of software, interoperability testing with external vendors, acceptance testing at customer site, consultancy assignments and project-management).From 2000 I held a position in the Product Management department as a technical product specialist. I was responsible for the technical part of the Cell Broadcast system and the Messaging Broker. The most important task was to define the use-cases, product requirements of those products. Also I was responsible for technical support for the sales department, customer visits to present product presentations, initiate contacts with external 3rd party vendors (e.g. Nokia, Siemens, Ericsson) for interface specifications and interoperability testing. During this period I was also involved at the standardization of the new broadcast interface for the Cell Broadcast product (3GPP).

During this period I have founded my own company, together with someone else. We were developing trading system products. The core-activities were development of trading and monitoring software; integration with different kind of hardware to retrieve stock-information; developing sales-material (e.g. price-list, product description); technical support (helpdesk) and installation and support on site.
