As an IT executive at Sterling Resort, my role is multifaceted and vital to ensuring the smooth operation of the resort's technology infrastructure. On a daily basis, I address Wi-Fi complaints, resolving connectivity issues to keep guests and staff connected seamlessly. I also tackle hardware and network troubleshooting, swiftly resolving technical glitches to maintain uninterrupted services.Moreover, I provide essential support for the Property Management System (PMS) software, ensuring that the resort's administrative processes run efficiently. Beyond daily tasks, I am responsible for managing monthly IT activities, overseeing system updates, and implementing technology improvements to enhance the overall guest experience.
