Chakra Solutions was set up to provide software solutions and consultancy services to the Local Government sector and Healthcare organisations. Working in the capacity of a solutions architect/developer, project manager, and consultant, I have been responsible for creating enterprise-level products and delivering solutions to meet Local Government business requirements in Australia. In addition, I have been responsible for successfully submitting and closing large tender bids and executing feasibility studies in both the local government and Healthcare sectors.

Medtech Global is a leading health information technology company, which provides advanced practice management software and state-of-the-art solutions that enable health professionals to provide improved care, and for patients to manage their health and well-being.The role of Program Manager at Medtech combines the management of programs to support the organization's strategic direction, project managing and delivering healthcare software solutions to a diverse segment of primary, secondary and tertiary care customers.

Managed a development team of between 8-15 people handling multiple software projects for clients such as TARGET, MGB and AEON- JAPAN.

End-to-End responsibility which included proposal preparation, finalising the requirements, managing construction of the solution, project planning & tracking, financial management, reporting to stakeholders and liaising with client representatives, system test team and implementation team. Managed projects with budgets around $2m-$4M.
