Trabalho voluntário na Empresa Júnior do meu curso (Bacharelado em Ciência da Computação) na Universidade Federal de São Carlos (UFSCar). Após processo seletivo, fui escolhido para liderar a área de projetos, sendo responsável pela organização de capacitação de todos os membros, além da gerência e supervisão de qualidade de todos os projetos que executamos, garantindo que todos estavam aprendendo o suficiente para que se destacassem no mercado de trabalho na área de desenvolvimento web, especialmente Front-End. Tive a oportunidade de estruturar processos, garantido o sucesso da empresa como um todo, que estava em período de reestruturação.Deixei o cargo com a sensação de trabalho cumprido no fim da gestão, sendo eleito como diretor presidente.
