Bilge Adam HR is a search firm offering human resources consultancy services to its clients operating in IT sector in Turkey.• Receiving client needs and defining job descriptions• Searching for candidates through Bilge Adam students’ database to find the best match.• Conducting face to face interviews with the candidates• Preparing short list and right-fit analysis report to give detailed information to the client• Providing career support seminars for Bilge Adam students and graduates• Providing panels for Bilge Adam students and graduates with guest speakers from sector leader companies• Group & indiviual career consulting for Bilge Adam students and graduates

• Defining job descriptions and preparing advertisements for vacant positions in Bilge Adam company• Screening applications and searching for candidates through various sources to find best match• Managing offering process for suitable candidates• Preparing orientation programme for new staff and following the trial periods of our new staff• Analysis of training needs with the department management team• Calculating monthly bonus salaries• Monitoring the private health insurance transactions of staff

• Reports to General Manager• Leads educatioanal quality consultants (2 direct reports)• Hiring foreign and local English teachers for the company (approximately 100 placements per year)• Providing training programs for new staff and teachers• Administrative issues of all foreign staff

• Introducing the educational principles of the company to potential students• Ensuring and following student satisfaction at all levels during course period.

• Arranging new applicants' CV's in database• Organazing job interviews with the candidates• Following media ads for vacant positions• Responsible of in-bureau communication.
