Total Gabon assets acquisition by PERENCO:- Assessment of all the assets (pipelines, structures, process) before acquisition- In charge of technical aspects for contracts negotiation

In charge of all surface production installations of Perenco Gabon, from wellhead to terminal: 40 offshore platforms, 8 onshore process stations, 2 FSOs and more than 2,000 km of pipelines.Main challenges:- taking control of all our installations and building a solid integrity management system from scratch in less than a year - creating a dedicated team and making it efficient thanks to motivation and knowledge transfer - lowering all costs of integrity jobs and managing associated call for tenders and contracts writing - managing technical jobs in various fields such as structural jobs (subsea & aerial), process upgrade, flow assurance, painting & coating, inspection (pipeline, capacities, structures and cranes), pipeline installation & repair, corrosion monitoring and civil works - internalizing technical skills for cost optimization and better reactivity - managing chemicals of the subsidiary (demulsifier, defoamer, corrosion inhibitors, scavengers, etc).

- Leading the development of pipeline and structure integrity policy in Perenco group (12 subsidiaries).- Bringing expertise to our Production sites to solve pipeline integrity issues.- Generating guidelines and recommended practices on internal and external corrosion management, pipeline and process repair, material selection, cathodic protection design, etc- Advising pipeline Managers, technical and Operation Directors - Integrity training sessions for Integrity Managers and Operational employees- Review of projects (direct input on integrity aspects) - Reporting to top management - Development of an Integrity database system (with IT department) for all subsidiaries. - Implementation of KPI - Qualification program of Zap-Lok pipeline system
