My work experience in both market research and yoga instruction has honed my skills in customer service, business communication both for local and international clients, coordinating skills with clients and business partners, teaching/training, and ability to work with a team in a fast-paced environment.I have been teaching yoga classes since 2012, leading alignment-focused Vinyasa Flow and Restorative practices in public, corporate, and private settings, with emphasis in the mindful and meditative aspect of the yoga practice.I have also been a market research professional for over 20 years, with expertise in research applications for marketing, communication and brand building, and media planning. My specialties in this field are: quantitative research, media/audience research, TV/radio ratings in the industries of consumer durables, services, pharma and media. I've worked for/with multi-national organizations and smaller agencies on both a full-time and consultancy basis.
