Provide financial and administrative support to ensure the efficient maintenance and processing of accounts payable transactions.- Process vendor invoices for payment after verifying accuracy and validity - Research and resolve invoice discrepancies and issues- Respond to all vendor inquiries in a timely and professional manner- Reconcile vendor statements- Process expense report- Assist in month end closing- Maintain vendor file.

Perform accounting and clerical tasks related to cash management.- Counting and reconciling cash from restaurant servers, lounge, vlt machines and front desk.- Perform daily bank deposit- Provide financial report and support to Accounts Receivable department.- Ensure the confidentiality and security of lockbox.
