Managed residential 42-unit apartment complex. Responsibilities included monitoring day-to-day financial operation of the property, rent collection and deposits, screening and placement of qualified tenants, and ensuring maintenance of property in good working order. Enforced rental agreements, resolved tenant complains, handled oversees eviction proceedings, scheduled regular maintenance repairs, negotiated contracts with vendors, and performed regular inspection of property condition. Maintained an open dialogue with owner regarding vacancies, tenant relations, property condition, and financial issues.

Successfully supervised eight employees and trained new cashiers in proper sales procedures, answering phones, closing procedures, and reporting. Responsible for all banking transactions, ordering of office supplies and maintenance of accurate and up-to-date customer files.

Supervised fifteen employees, trained new cashiers for box office and concession, accurately managed concession inventory, and calculated employee payroll.
