- Setup IP Phones (Polycom, Cisco, Linksys & Zyxel)- SAPgui installation & SAP User Maintenance- Manage Active Directory Users- G Suite Administrator- Smartphones Support (Android/IOS)- Basic knowledge in Spiceworks ticketing system.- IT Asset Management ( Acquisition and Issuance)- Support end-users with IT-related problems in a responsive and service oriented manner. - Assist with the troubleshooting, installation, and implementation of systems. - Respond to requests answering user questions, receiving, documenting, and maintaining a record of reported trouble in a problem tracking database; follow-up as necessary.- Configure applications, system software, hardware, and local peripherals; diagnose and resolve various equipment problems.- Identify and refer unresolved hardware and software problems for resolution.- Contribute to technical documentation and FAQs in appropriate areas.

- Work with users to determine business and user requirements, process flow definitions and functional specifications.- Recommends for business process improvements in relation to system implementation- Coordinate documentation and formulation of test plans and test cases.- Responsible for evaluating Information, Communication and Technological requirements- Facilitate acquisition of IT hardware and software- Setup and implement Information Systems and Infrastructure- Ensure proper utilization of all IT hardware and software- Serve as the primary contact and support for information system related issues
