• Recruited 46 health facilities to the Medical Credit Fund and 25 Fisio Rehab program, holding a portfolio of USD 5 Million.• Conducted business analysis for both new and existing clients, in order to develop expert opinions, business quick scans and business plans for financing.• Conducted quarterly business performance trainings to healthcare service providers to ensure growth on quality improvement and financial growth. • Enlightened the relationship between all health service providers in the program and the three partnering banks.

• Partook in the opening of Kisii branch, grew and managed the loan portfolio to USD 1.2Million. This involved training of the business development team on business generation, growth and loan portfolio management. I successfully lead the branch credit committee and supervision of business development officers.
