Works closely with the Private Equity Group and Customer & Strategy Practices to create breakthrough approaches and insights.Scope cases and advise consultants on appropriate quantitative and qualitative methodologies to use for B2C and B2B topicsRecommend and explain research methods and techniques appropriate for projects focused on topics such as customer segmentation, customer experience and journey, pricing, and product development Design and/or review quantitative survey instruments for B2B and B2C topics across all industries topicsAdvise on sample design specifications (including N size, quotas, representative sample demographics) for quantitative surveys Design and/or review guides and scripts for 1-on-1 in-depth interviews, focus groups, user testing, and other “big qual” efforts. Advise on sample and overall research design.Own the full design and execution of quant and qual projects when needed.
