Archdiocesan And Parish Level
CurrentCurrently working at the Archdiocesan and parish level holding a few positions throughout the years. Positions include Parish Outreach, Parish Consultant, and Implementation Team member at the Archdiocesan level and Pastoral Associate at a few parishes within the Archdiocese.* Evaluate planning based on new emerging needs rooted in demographic shifts, changes in available personnel and technological advances.* Assess parish health, sustainability, and communications in collaboration with various Archdiocesan departments.* Support the health and sustainability of the parishes of the Archdiocese by working with pastors and parish pastoral leadership in coordination with other departments within the Archdiocese through planning, facilitating, training, and implementation.* Facilitate parish listening sessions in English and Spanish, summarize the results, make and present the pastoral plan recommendations to the pastors and parish leadership, and provide leadership formation to support the plan* Facilitate difficult parish conversations in various situations, sometimes bilingual, with good results* Train and facilitate parish finance and pastoral councils in English and Spanish* Create, plan and direct the parish's Lifelong Faith Formation and Evangelization including the successful transition of the current intergenerational program.* Direct Sacramental programs for all ages.
