Sold property’s products and services to prospects. Maintained thorough product knowledge of the property, sister properties and competitors. Assisted manager in developing and implementing effective marketing strategies to increase property traffic and internet leads. Converted phone calls to tours, property tours to leases and internet leads to tours and/or leases. Ensured guest cards are complete, entered into the property management software, and follow up is completed for prospects

Worked at the department of environmental health of Alachua County, here I worked with inspectors and surveyors. We went out to homes, bars, select public businesses and sampled their water for VOC’s, nitrates, arsenic, phosphorus or any other potentially dangerous substances. Customer service, friendly interacting, and communication skills were enhanced in the process.

● Lead inspections on private and industrial farms to ensure usage of proper farming techniques and adequate water use.● Tested for contaminants in water resources.● Developed reports made available to the public to inform about food consumption and possible contaminants in the local water and food supply

Took samples of the influent and effluent wastewater to measure absorption, concentration, do PSD analysis and SSC to measure the phosphorus levels and then lower these levels using chemical methods.

Worked on a project for over a year, in a 4-member group, doing research on finance and energy consumption for a pumping system that needed to pump continuously. We placed first in the competition because my research in carbon and choice in energy.
