Providing counselling and therapeutic services for children, teens and adults, including couples, using Gestalt Therapy, trauma-informed and attachment-based principles and expressive media. Providing training, supervision and coaching for social workers and counsellors on working with children and adolescents in the community social service setting.Providing play-based therapeutic services for children in the community social service and children's home settings.

- Provided casework management and therapeutic counselling services for individuals, couples and families with diverse age groups and needs at Fei Yue Family Service Centre (2019-2022) and children/adolescents and their families with child protection concerns at HEART@Fei Yue Child Protection Specialist Centre (2014-2019).- Provided clinical and casework supervision and consultation for staff and interns and the centre's case intake processes- Led, planned and executed groupwork for for children, adolescents and parents in the areas of family violence, parent-child attachment, and parenting- Provided inhouse sharing for staff on topic of family violence- Networked with stakeholders to raise awareness of child protection concerns and work

Gladys worked with youths and young adults with at-risk behaviours in individual counseling and groupwork settings. She also co-planned and executed a community service project for the youths in collaboration with an elderly day activity centre.

Gladys worked with youths in the context of individual counselling, weekly groupwork as well as a school camp under the Enhanced Step-up Programme, Guidance Programme. She was also involved in the planning of the groupwork and camp sessions.
