About Gladys Lapeyre Gomez

At the age of 20 I moved from Peru to Toronto to live with my aunt. At the time my goal was to improve my English and take business Management at a local college.   I completed my diploma but something was missing. I was missing that special place I had living in Peru. I didn’t feel quite at home yet. To me, your home is the place where you belong in the world. I learned this from a young age as my parents inherited my grandparent's home and now my sisters live there.   I was always drawn to homes.  Most of my aunt’s friends were always buying and selling. I wanted to create that special place for me in Canada. In 2007, a year after graduating from college I had the opportunity to buy my first home. It was exciting and nerve-racking. I had the help of an experienced and personable realtor who made it possible. That’s why in 2011, I made the decision to take my real estate license and help others achieve what I was able to achieve. It wasn’t always easy. But I believe that the only way you can change your life is by changing the way you make decisions. Unfortunately, most people are afraid to make decisions. We share our problems with friends or family to get advice. They will diminish our desires or dreams if they have not gone through what we are trying to pursue. We should only get advice from ourselves or from people who have achieved what we want to achieve. Because I surrounded myself with the right people, I have had remarkable results. I borrowed their courage and experience. I confronted my fear and pushed through until I got there.When I talk to potential clients, they share their goals with me. They also share all the reasons why achieving their goal might not be possible. I am here to be your sounding board. I organize the information, provide knowledge, and help you achieve your goal. I will give you answers based on my experience. I have been a first-time home buyer, an upsizer, and an investor. I share my experience with you, so you can achieve greatness in the real estate world. Now, I focus on helping others make the best decisions for their families' future.
