Achieved phenomenal growth with inner-city GenZers despite the concurrently starting-up of Rising Leaders Cincinnati. Inclusion grew from 6% to 17% by adding 4.5x more leaders of color. Achieved 307% growth in student participation, 288% growth in volunteer leaders, 220% growth in clubs, and 226% growth in camping.

Construction and Real Estate. Social justice operation that provided general construction services, property management, and real estate investment. Total revenues of $5.9M. At height of operations, managed 13 employees and 200 multi-family units and various foreclosures. Projects included OSU Medical Center and LEED renovation of historic downtown buildings. Achieved MBE, EDGE and SBE certifications. Current involvement as a passive investor.

A medical imaging marketing and services provider, which at its peak had revenues of $68M and 400 employees. Over a 14 yr-career with King’s, I was a turnaround and start-up specialist, turning cost centers into cash cows, primarily by uniting the team to execute excellent customer service. The positions held were General Manager, Director of Marketing, Director of Imaging Operations and Sales. I led over 140 people in 8 operations and 4 states, with a cumulative revenue of $21M and delivered $2.5M net cash to the bottom line. Recruited to make the last turnaround in 2010. Achieved volume growth of 49% during a timeframe when the industry declined by 8%. Improved Customer Service. Turned over 65% of the staff while delivering 14% growth in year 1 of the turnaround. A/R was reduced by 38%. Cash collections increased 16%.

Closed $50 million with 3 national firms expanding into Cincinnati Market. Built a clientele and book of business from scratch without taking over any accounts or following a senior broker or existing team.

Financial analyst for $150M Turbine Fan plant. Promoted twice in three years, when GE Aircraft Engines was reducing staff by 50%. Financial Management Program, 1990 – 1992.
