Hello all, welcome to my page :) My name is Glaelle pronounced (Gly-L) and to describe me in a few words, i am a passionate, solution oriented, faith driven individual whose goal is to ensure that i leave this earth empty--- utilizing all of my God-given gifts for the betterment of others. I am currently a Recruiter, a space I enjoy working in that aims to aid and provide for (every companies biggest asset) --- PEOPLE. I have experience in working in a generalist role, excelling in areas such as: recruitment, benefits & compensation, employee engagement, on-boarding and training. With skilled experience in these software and systems: Workday, NeoGov, EHire, Oracle, Monday, Intercom, Outlook and Microsoft Office. I have also obtained a B.S. in Human Resource Management in 2018 which has helped build the foundation to my experiences.In the years since I graduated, I have taken a leadership role within my community, recently forming a nonprofit organization ---- Glaelle Mathurin Community Foundation, committed to providing charity and educational services and resources for NYC communities. We wish to help out and provide opportunities for those in any stage of their lives.
