I have forty years of broad in-depth experience in business operations, accounting and financial management. I have been leading solid waste services operations over the last 10 years and more recently our own companies. Dizpoz, Inc. provides nationwide waste services and equipment support generating the best solutions and cost savings for our valued clients. Previously, I helped the team build Green Remedies Waste and Recycling into a premier national environmental services firm and had led the M&A accomplishment of merging into Quest in late 2020. Prior to that my co-founder and I partnered to build and launch Mautic, Inc. and The Mautic Community. I have handled business management and operating responsibilities that have included President, COO, business unit leader, sales & marketing support, pricing, quotations, customer contracts and purchasing, and supporting material management, manufacturing, distribution, service and construction operations and activities. My Financial & HR operations activities have included CFO, treasury, controllership, auditing, tax, acquisitions, divestitures, computer systems implementations, restructuring, strategic planning, risk management, budgeting, forecasting, human resources, 401k, ESOP & Benefits administration. Over the years I have been privileged to serve in a variety of significant leadership, executive, business and financial management roles. I have enjoyed contributing to the success of the organizations for which I have worked. But nothing has been more rewarding to me than to positively help others achieve purpose, improvement and success in their personal and professional lives.
