PRISMA is a multi-year partnership between the Government of Indonesia and the Government of Australia to grow agricultural markets in rural Indonesia managed by Palladium. PRISMA works in some of the poorest provinces of Indonesia supporting farmers who are living below the poverty line. As a business consultant, I am responsible for generating strategic plans to improve rural farmers' income by implementing the Market Systems Development (MSD) approach through innovative partnerships with agribusinesses, think tanks, and governments. The aim of the project is to increase farmers' household incomes and build national food resilience against climate change and other market changes.

The Circular Economy Capacity Building Project is a part of the second phase of the multi-year plan of Indonesia's National Circular Economy Roadmap developed by Kementerian PPN/Bappenas partnering with UNDP Indonesia. The objective of this project is to strengthen the engagement and capacity building of CE stakeholders in Indonesia by developing various knowledge products and public awareness activities. In developing and delivering the project, the Greeneration Foundation was appointed to be the consultant for the project.As a project leader, I spearheaded the critical project in collaboration with UNDP and Bappenas, laying the groundwork for Indonesia's Circular Economy National Action Plan and the National Medium Term Development Plan (RPJMN) 2025-2029. This initiative is pivotal in steering Indonesia towards a sustainable and circular economic model.

Established in 2017, the Indonesia Circular Economy Forum (ICEF) is the first and biggest circular economy platform in Indonesia that brings together various stakeholders to identify challenges and produce solutions and recommendations to implement the Circular Economy in Indonesia. As a Partnership Communication Officer, I was responsible to lead and supervise a team of 3, designing the communication and partnership schemes for the 4th ICEF, as well as engaging and convincing 98 institutions to partner with the 4th ICEF while still maintaining a long-term partnership with the majority of the strategic partners (ministries, foreign embassies, and national companies.)

As a teaching assistant, not only I was responsible for organizing the teaching activity and arranging the administrative matter for the class, I was also endeavouring to build a good rapport with the students by advising on their assignments as well as advocating their needs and concerns to the professors. I was assisting three classes: China's Foreign Policy and Security, Foreign Policy Analysis, and Introduction to International classes for 72 students and supported 6 professors.

As the leading online shopping platform in Southeast Asia and Taiwan, Business Development is one of the biggest departments in Shopee.As a Business Development Intern in Shopee Mall Campaign Division, I was responsible to build category pipeline by listing and analyzing hundreds of potential sellers, support them to achieve their sales by boosting their hero SKUs during 5 mega campaigns, and generated contracts, agreements, and invoices for sellers during the campaigns using Salesforce.

During my internship in Ruangguru as a Partnership Intern, I was given responsibilities to identify and analyze potential partners and partnership schemes to boost user activation by directly engaging the partners and designing the partnership schemes. As a result, I acquired ten new partners to the company within a three-month internship.
