1. Directs all Human Resources functions including but not limited to: Recruitment and records, compensation and benefits, labor relations and timekeeping and payroll2. Reviews and makes recommendations to the Business and Services along with the operation for the improvement of organization’s policies and procedures, as well as the practices on labor and personnel matters3. Reviews and makes recommendation for appointment, resignation, retirement, and dismissal for cause of personnel4. Reviews and makes recommendation on the annual budget and plans for the organizational development department, which will be subject for approval of the President5. Implements and executes all operations policies approved by the Management or/and President6. Ensures organization’s compliance by maintaining knowledge on current industry trends and employment legislation7. Assists in the communication of the changes in organization’s personnel policies and procedures and procedures and ensure that proper compliance is observed8. Makes recommendations in the annual review, preparation and administration of the organization’s compensation and benefits program
