For years, Haulmont used Jmix (ex. CUBA Platform) (www.jmix.io) as an internal tool across all company projects. In 2013, we realized that the framework has potential outside of the company, and formed a new business unit. Now Jmix is a widely adopted open source Java RAD framework, with an active community. We keep growing, we keep making Jmix better and we aim to revolutionize the high productivity development tools market!

As a project manager and business analyst, I led the AR-12 project - an industry changing solution for debt collection industry, delivered for JBW Group in the UK. With a team of 7, in just two years we delivered from scratch a solution covering all aspects of debt collection business and replaced the legacy solution with zero disruption. The solution won the 2012 UK IT Industry Awards as "Best business project dependent on mobile technology". As a developer, I have been working on creating complex real-time resource allocation systems from the start of my career in 2003. I have implemented various solutions for the taxi, debt enforcement, maritime shipping, truck logistics and car rental industries. One of the best examples is London minicab firm Addison Lee's AutoAllocator - winner of the 2009 National Business Award for Innovation, dispatching almost 5000 vehicles in real time. I have delivered the first version of the solution alone in just 6 months, and over a couple of years I reached at least 5% better efficiency over the previous automatic dispatch solution.
