About Andrey Glaschenko

A board member and co-founder of Haulmont. From day 1 in 2008, I put all my energy to support the company growth from a handful of people to a software vendor with over 500 employees selling its products all over the world and playing a noticeable role in the open source software community. On this road, I worked as a senior developer, a project manager, a business analyst and currently as a Head of Platform Development business unit, working on an open source framework and tools used by 100 000s of developers worldwide.I’m open minded yet persistent and I hate leaving things not finished. Outside of work, I’m a happy father of three kids and most of the scarce remaining time goes to mountain bike, road bike, ski, skates – anything that keeps me moving.
