I was Chief Strategy and Innovation Officer of ASI, a $1 billion retailer where I was responsible for leading a wholesale corporate transformation including a new strategy and culture, creating a healthy and strategically aligned executive team, and building an innovation practice based on Jobs to be Done and lean startup principles.

Glaser Consulting (DBA Laser Consulting) worked with major retailers in building and developing an achievable strategy and then developing an execution plan, which likely included culture change management, systems and processes, innovation processes, and branding changes, among other things. Key projects included TaylorMade-Adidas Golf, a subsidiary of Adidas and the worlds biggest golf company ($2b sales) and American Signature Inc., a 60 year old family owned furniture company ($1b sales). Typically, we worked directly with the CEO or President of a company, and the executive team. During this time, I also was CEO of a golf startup, ClubCrown, a company that attempted to take advantage of the slowing driver replacement cycle and personalization trends in golf. I developed and own 6 patents related to the ClubCrown product that I licensed back to the company.
