Vladimir Glasinovic is the Foresight and Development Director of Fundación Chile, an NGO dedicated to promote the sustainable development of Chile through innovation. He has 15 years of experience in the design, evaluation and implementation of public impact initiatives. Vladimir has conducted research and consultancy for organizations such as the World Bank, the Inter-American Development Bank (IDB), the United Nations Development Programme (UNDP), UN Women, among others. Previously he was member of the board of Metro de Santiago and the Executive Director of Digital Talent for Chile. Mr. Glasinovic received his undergraduate degree in Industrial Engineering at Universidad Católica de Chile with specialization in Information Technologies and a Master of International Affairs at Columbia University. He earned a Diploma in Corporate Governance and Risk Management at Universidad Católica Corporate Governance Center.
